Victor is a nationally recognized sales, leadership and recruiting coach who leveraged his extensive background in high performance sales, recruiting and training to architect and build two, highly successful, national real estate brokerages in the U.S. that resulted in more than 23,000 transactions worth more than 5.3 billion in sales volume.

Victor has trained more than 5,000 sales associates across the nation and has coached 100’s of sales associates, managers, executives and owners to record results. He has also created innovative recruiting systems and teams that have been directly responsible for more than 6,000 hires.

Victor has been an agent, top manager, trainer, recruiter and executive, with over 20 years of real estate industry experience. His passion and life’s mission is to grow people and help them achieve their goals and dreams. His unique focus on the psychology of success and his deep understanding of how to raise awareness in others is responsible for breakthrough results for 100’s of sales professionals, executives and business owners in the areas of leadership, sales, recruiting and profitability.

Victor has a deep background in online marketing, lead generation and lead conversion and was responsible for the lead distribution of up to 10,000 sales leads a month and created training and coaching systems to help agents convert more than 20,000 closings from internet customers.
