Steve’s professional experience began while getting his law degree. His early focus was entrepreneurial, building operating companies from start-up to multi-million dollar productivity. Most projects required the locating and negotiation of new site locations and the recruiting, training and management of full staffs. Additional responsibilities included negotiating with vendors and negotiating major contract opportunities with Fortune 500 companies. He developed and implemented resources and coaching programs for strategic planning, contract negotiation, sales & marketing management, financial accountability, team building and leadership training – always with a focus on maximizing profitable productivity.
Steve’s real estate experience began while searching for and negotiating site locations in the United States and Canada. He made a career change and became a full-time Broker in 2000, while still coaching and mentoring Realtors and related professionals. His personal production exceeded $15,000,000 in his first full year by thinking and acting like the CEO of a business & applying the disciplines of: proper planning and budgeting, effective time management, lead generation, staying focused on income producing activities, using the “language of powerful and impactful words” (asking great questions), effective negotiating, cost & profit control and team building.
While selling hundreds of properties and helping clients to purchase and lease over the past 15 years, Steve continued to coach and mentor agents and related business professionals. His extensive educational resume includes the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment member) curriculum.
Steve’s “real-life” experience as a Realtor and an entrepreneur have been invaluable as a coach. His methodology has always been “consultative” in order to promote client “self-discovery”& “empowerment”. He teaches and coaches real estate agents and business executives how to build a more profitable business while enjoying a great life.
